Tutorial: Updating Text in Forms, Events, Etc

For any text that’s not in a text block, there’s a different approach towards adding and editing that text. Follow the above tutorial for guidance on how to best go about each different format.

When updating a form:

  • Click the form you’d like to edit and select Edit Form Fields. You can then make adjustments to any of the existing form fields, or add more by clicking Add Field and selecting whichever format is best for your needs. Customize as needed, and toggle on or off Required for each field.

  • You can rearrange the order of the form fields by click the six gray dots to the left of each form field and dragging the field into a new position.

  • You can play around with the design elements as needed in the Design tab.

When updating an event:

  • Click the Events section of the page you’d like to edit, select Edit Content, and then Content. You can then change the title of an event as well as the description.

  • Buttons are optional, but if you’d like to include one for an RSVP or any other reason, you can adjust where that button goes, whether it’s a link to another page, an email prompt, or phone number.

  • You can play around with the design elements as needed in the Design tab.

When updating testimonials:

  • Click the Testimonials section of the page you’d like to edit, select Edit Content, and then Content. You can then change the text of a testimonial as well as whatever appears in the description.

  • You can play around with the design elements as needed in the Design tab.

Important reminders:

  • Don’t forget to click Save.

  • Always check how everything looks in Mobile! Watch this tutorial for advice.
